Q: Why Do You Charge A Bed Tax While Some Others Do Not?
A: Because we refuse to not comply with the LAW, since we collect this small fee we can deliver a better     experience for our guest.
Q: How Do I Reserve The Property?
A: With Any Major Credit Card (recommended) or with a cashiers check/money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Q: How Does The Security Deposit Work?
A: The security deposit is required at the time you book your reservation and is fully refundable after     your stay as long as the home is in the same great condition when you leave as when you arrived.
Q: Does The Daily Rate Include Any Other Fees?
A: The daily rate includes all utilities, local phone service, and cable TV. Applicable taxes and cleaning fee     are not included in the daily rate.
    note: All utilities are included but please be aware that if gas/electricity exceeds $100.00/month, you     will be responsible for the difference.
Q: Are The Holiday Rates Higher?
A: Yes, However, We Are Flexible.
Q: If I Need To Cancel, What Happens To Our Deposit/Reservation Money?
A: -For short term stays (Less than 1 month):
If you cancel your reservation less than one month from your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit one half of your security deposit. If you cancel less then 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. If you cancel less than one week prior to your arrival, you will forfeit your entire deposit AND your rental fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
-For long term stays (One month or longer):
Final payment of rental fees is due 2 months (60 days) prior to your scheduled arrival. In the event of a cancellation made more than 2 months ahead of your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel less than 2 months prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposit and entire amount paid for rental is subject for forfeiture unless the property is re-rented for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is re-rented a refund will be made less the deposit and a cancellation charge of 10% of the rental amount. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Q: Are Your Garages Available?
A: Yes, we have garages available and at no extra charge.
Q: Do You Have Extra/Hidden Fees?---Such As A Check Out Fee?
A: No we do not.
Q:What Are Your Check In And Check Out Times?
A: Unless someone else is coming into the residence the same day you are arriving or leaving, there are no     check in or check out times!
